Using this site
This site is for businesses looking to sell surplus stock to us or buy lots from us. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to get unauthorised access, sending spam through the forms or uploading anything harmful.
Information on the site
The information on this site is general and may change. Figures such as buyer numbers, units sold and timings describe how we usually work. They are not a guarantee for any particular deal.
Enquiries and offers
Sending us a stocklist, requesting stock or booking a call doesn’t commit either of us to anything. A deal only becomes binding once we’ve both agreed its terms in writing, and those terms apply to that deal.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law. Otherwise, we’re not liable for any loss of profit, business, revenue or data, or any indirect loss, arising from your use of this site.
